Delivery area

We deliver to addresses in the Republic of Croatia only, including the islands. We do not ship to other countries and cannot accept orders with a foreign delivery address — the country field at checkout is fixed to Croatia.

If you are outside Croatia, you can still order and collect in person at our address in Pula.

Methods and delivery time

Standard delivery takes 1–3 business days from payment confirmation. The estimate counts business days and excludes weekends and public holidays.

Local pickup is available at Lotus Villas Resort, Medulinska cesta 15, Pula, by prior arrangement. No card is needed when you collect.

Shipping costs

Standard delivery is €4.90 and is free for orders over €50. The exact cost is always shown before you confirm the order.

Order tracking

We email you when your order is handed to the courier. Please inspect the parcel on delivery and note any visible damage with the courier straight away.
